I have lived at Bella Vista for over one year now, and it has been THEE best living experience. The office staff is AMAZING, Alex is Awesome, Felicia is incredible and I can not forget about my Girl Victoria, she is such a sweet heart ❤️. The Maintenance staff is Wonderful. Everything here is awesome. They have two movie night on the lawn which is awesome, they offer roll ice cream, it was amazing they had a sip and paint, what was awesome. Bella Vista is a nice, comfortable place to live. No complaints. I like it here. 5 stars ✨

Great place to live. Super helpful and friendly front office staff. They plan events for the community movie nights, yoga etc. Great maintenance , clean and fun living. Ask for Victoria in the front office she's great with all leasing questions/needs

Beautiful property but neighbors, and property management is not good. Buildings are always dirty, pool is never open and we don't have half the amenities they offer, like a Gym. Apartments are Extremely expensive for the area, which is ghetto and my building had a shooting just a few months ago with helicopters and cops outside. It was scary. Definitely look elsewhere if you want to get your money's worth. Apparently, they accept section 8 so you'll be living with low income families who pay no where near what you'll be paying full price. They have new management now which has a been a bit better but not worth renewing my lease. Very disappointing.

I have been at Bella Vista for one year and my experience has been great. The apartments are beautiful, the leasing staff were very helpful, which made my move in go smoothly. The maintenance staff were prompt and took care of any request. It is quiet and my neighbors are friendly and respectful. I would recommend this community.
