Horrible Bank . They are always late from opening the bank doors . Staff are coming in late with coffee in there hands taking there sweet time . Bank opens at 8.30 but they make you wait 30 min to open the door . 30 min late cause they had to get coffee

1 hour and 30 minutes waiting to been seen for a wire. This is ridiculous. It doesn't matter what time or day you come into this branch, it is always the same. With the exception of Oli, who is WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL, this branch needs to bring along more staff members. This is unacceptable.

Stay a way !!! Bad banking service ! Holding checks for no reason for weeks , costumer service horrible ! Online banking disaster ! No Zelle ! Limited mobile deposit ! What ever you name it it’s there ! America most inconvenient bank !

I'm updating my review from 4 months ago. I don't know what they did to Chris and Juan and the previous tellers for them ALL to quit but they need them back NOW! The customer service now is garbage. The old staff was very professional but they still made you feel like family. The new staff acts like you're inconveniencing them to deposit or withdraw my own money. I am happy with td as a bank but customer service and good rapport is important at the branch. Its the closest bank to my home but I'll that extra 1.5 miles for better service or will just close my account them because like I said the branch is who I with in person and it's not worth it.
