The drive through system is ridiculous. The workers are so slow and then messed our order up. We were the only customers the whole time and it took us 20 minutes to get fast food. 😒

This was my first time having a AI take my order, but it was surprisingly accurate! All it missed was our waters, but the cheesecake sundaes are a HOLY creation, and you can't forget the fries👌

Went there last Thursday to get burgers while waiting for the bus out front. There was a heavy set blondish? Woman working the order window. Her gloves had holes all in them, there was hardly anyone there and made us wait almost 10 minutes to take our order. She moved like a snail & had the personality of a snow pea. (We usually eat there like once a week and have dealt with her before) we FINALLY got our burgers, sat on bus stop bench to scarf them down before the bus came any minute. Both our double checkerburgers were COLD. not even warm! Total waste of $10.00.

Order was mostly wrong but I won't fully credit the staff with that. There's a new ordering system at the drive through which is a machine asking your order. When I spoke with someone to correct the order I was told that the item I was describing was not on the menu yet it was on the regular menu.
