My family and I lived there for almost 3 years and it’s the best apartment complex I ever lived in within my 17 years in Florida. Management was amazing, they even got a gift for us when our son was born and always had treats for my dog when I brought her into the office. You can go in to ask them anything and they are always extremely friendly. Maintenance is the best. Anytime I had any issue they came out right away to solved it. We rented a 3 bedroom and only moved out bc our family is growing and we work remote so we are running out of place but I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

We would rate it higher but the noise from upstairs is pretty bad. This is mostly about a bad neighbor, but management wasn't forthcoming about how bad the sound problem can be. Before we moved in, the rental agent said that they had a solution for the noise that works really well, and were implementing it as soon as they could on each apartment, but we've learned that it just protects you from hearing a little of the noise above you. Our upstairs neighbor stomps when she walks. If she runs her vacuum, it sounds just as loud as our own does. Worst of all, her stomping goes on all night long. On the good side, the apartments are good sized and have decent storage. Management is friendly and I'm told that living on the second floor means no noise problem.

I've complained about noise since I've gotten here (which is less than a week) walls and roofs are paper thin you can hear everything from upstairs. I was asked to come into the leasing office to discuss more about the situation kerri says "have you gone upstairs to ask them what's going on". I'm sorry I didn't know I had to do your job. What a rude way of handling a situation which is your fault to begin with. I knew something about her didn't sit right with me. Then they said "well no one has complained here before" which I do not believe as the reviews say otherwise. Why design building's like this just to cause conflict between neighbors. People work hard to pay bills and to get a this is your problem not ours attitude about it isn't right. Why not make the flooring better so we who are renting from you will be happy and not have to be kept up all night. This is by far this worse place I've lived. I guess they just get your money and don't care that you're going to work tired because you can hear everything upstairs keeping you up all night. People can be really evil. May god bless you and your evil souls for treating people so nasty. One day you will be treated in the same way and I wonder how you would feel. Update: now my apartment after only being here for less than two months has black mold everywhere.

I love living here. The staff Tiffany, Kerri, Bryan and Manny are very nice and helpful. They are quick to respond to your requests or anything else for that matter. The complex has been and still is being renovated and updated. New windows and sliding glass doors. It is convenient to everything: the beach, downtown Dunedin, the mall , Starbucks is even in front of the property. Will be staying for a long time.♥️
