DO NOT MOVE HERE! Trucks, tools, and other valuables items have been stolen twice in a month from numerous people and even though they have cameras they won’t check them for you. They offer garage parking with gates but the gates never work nor will they get them fixed. If you like items getting stolen from you every month then this is a perfect place for you.

There’s no maintenance staff any longer and it’s impossible to get the most simple maintenance request completed. There’s trash and garbage everywhere and rats have been seen in a number of locations. As of the end of May the pools are inoperative and can’t be used. Both buildings gates are broken. Management does not respond to requests. This used to be a nice place to live however it’s really gone downhill. I strongly recommend you consider somewhere else to live.

The layout of my apartment unit is perfect for me and the parking garage is a added bonus when there is severe weather. That said I am very dissatisfied with all the loud, inconsiderate neighbors, the poor service from the property management, and the cheap appliances(my oven always ticks the entire time it's on and the dishwasher has malfunctioned twice in less than 10 months). The fact that my rent increased by $259 a month and the management from the cooperate office was unwilling to compromise on the rate increase does not help. I'm presently a resident because it is convenient, but I can't envision myself living on this property long term.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They will smile in your face until you sign your lease. There no security here, minimal cameras and the office staff is no help. Elsa is disrespectful and needs to find something else to do in her final years of life. Cars are constantly getting keyed and damaged. Packages constantly go missing and what does the office do? Put a community wide notice out to inform they don’t care and will no longer assist and accept them for you. Office staff is always “short handed”. Save yourself the time and money and find another property.
