Menu Includes: A Whole Chicken, 1/2 White meat or Dark meat Chicken, 1/4 White or Dark Chicken, Steak Cut Fries, Coleslaw, Rice, Plantains, Beans, Yellow & Green Sauce, Beverages, Flan, & Ice Cream. . Items Reviewed: Their 1/2 White Meat Chicken Meal (with Plantains, Beans, Yellow sauce & Green sauce-$1 for 4, $14.84). STAMP the Chicken!! STAMP the Beans!! STAMP the Plantains!! STAMP the Sauces!! STAMP the Price!! Everything was EXCELLENT!! The chicken…succulent, the Plantains mildly sweet, caramelized perfectly, & tasty, the Beans were hearty with a hint of onion, garlic, and cilantro!! Their Churro Cheesecake ($5.23). STAMP!! Sweet, & rich…just a delicious cheesecake rendering of a churro!! Their Inca soda ($2.73). STAMP!! I normally only get house made drinks…but copping this soda rounded the meal out!! . Customer Service: Swift, Attentive & EXCELLENT!! . Online Navigation: Super Simple . Parking: Lot Parking/ It gets packed quickly. . This place used to be a very nice one. It's quality and service. Our last purchase was terrible, they whole chicken was missing a leg and it seemed as if it was pulled or recycle from another order. I tried to contact their manager but no answer, left a few messages and no response either. Regarding the flavor and preparation, it seems as if they have change their recipe. Now in days you can taste mostly cumin. The staff has a very unfriendly and unhappy attitude when making orders. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also a bit questionable, the tables are always dirty and the kitchen staff do not wear protective nets for their hair while handling food, their cooking oil seems to have been their for a very long time which could cause sicknesses. I had rated this restaurant as a 5 star 🌟 before, but making a new rating due to the changes that are very noticeable. I do not recommend this place. There are other restaurants that have a more friendly Staff, clean restaurant, and where the flavor is nor compromised.

Hit the craving spot!! Definitely need more sauce, the plastic things are very small. Fries were fine. Beans were okay. But that chicken was perfectly moist and flavorful. Service was quick! With there was Yucca.

Still my favorite Peruvian chicken restaurant in DC. The chicken is moist and has a nice peppery flavor. Like others, I wish they had other side options like yucca, but I will keep coming regardless.
