Hotel is just average, but the guy behind the front counter is great. Never been to a hotel where the person behind the counter was so prepared. He is the reason I gave it 5 stars.

Positive: It is amazing and has opportunities for greater success. Their indoor pool and jacuzzi is the one and only of it's local kind. Believe it or not there is a second floor cocktail lounge overlooking the pool which is utilized for storage. Negative: unfortuneatly they have an amazing kitchen buffet style which is not being utilized.

We were traveling out of state with toddlers for a funeral and had issues with the first room but they made up for it by switching rooms and not charging for the second room. We really appreciated Taspia- she was INCREDIBLY helpful and accommodating!!! She gets ten stars:)

Positive: We loved that this hotel is pretty, very nicely landscaped and decorated, and in a lovely location. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Negative: The hotel staff could have been more accommodating in providing breakfast items through the entire stated breakfast time. In our room, the AC and refrigerator were a bit noisy, and a pocket door would be great to separate bedroom and bathroom.
