Had a large variety of items, clean, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Especially compared to today's average home Depot or Lowe's employee. Parking was good but a little tight. If it says in stock online. That doesn't mean anything though. It means they can get it within a day or so

If every Ace Hardware in America was set up like this one, Home Depot and Lowe's would need to run for cover. Except for lumber, like the scrap wood it's competitors sell, Ferndale Ace is hands down, going away, THE WINNER!

Got help and got what we needed. Staff is wonderful. Young man waited while I called my husband and between the two of them, they figured out another way to get the job done and i was able to buy the right screws and my husband was able to get the job done without making another trip.
