I'm not entirely sure what you mean by caps but he put new heals on my whites for $30 or $40 for the pair I don't remember the exact price he seems cheap for the quality of work

Well Clifford you probably I know this but I just answer general questions about locations I have been for Google and am sorry for the confusion. You can call the shop and get his hours though he probably opens at 8/9 am . Hope that helps
I'm not sure the owner will see this right away and I can't give a definite answer to your question but when I was there he repaired my Danner work boots and had many types and styles of boots in his shop so if you can I'd suggest stopping in. He's open Saturday's as well. He's a great guy and I'm sure he will be able to assist you.
