The salon was not crowded and I waited 30 minutes. The nail tech was rude and did not even complete my pedicure - no callus remover or massage. Painted my toes quick and messy. Then charged me full price. No tip and no return!!!

I went here this morning for the first time. Had an appointment at 10 and ended up having to wait a bit. My lady came in and seemed annoyed from the start and didn’t even say hello. She kept telling me about what a mess my one foot was and even said a few times it must have been a really long time since I had a pedicure (it hasn’t been that long). I actually have a nerve issue I’m my spine that caused no feeling or movement in my left foot - I get a lot of dead skin on that foot because of my toes basically not having circulation. I am already embarrassed about this and feel like people notice but this lady made a point to mention it probably 10 times. It took everything in me not to cry in there. I was going to get a full set after but just wanted to leave because I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed. A few times she was tapping on my foot for me to lift it or put it back in the water but I can’t feel my foot so I didn’t know - she was super annoyed with me. I’ve never been made to feel like that it my entire life. Thankfully I was able to hold back my tears until getting to my car. The pedicure was not great on top of all of that. I would not recommend this place and I won’t be back after feeling so judged. This is supposed to be a nice relaxing experience and it ruined my day and has made me even more self conscious about my foot issue now. Per your response on speaking with a manager before I leave I’m not sure how you would make the fact that I was laughed at and made to feel terrible about a medical issue I have no control over - thanks though…

Hi, Been coming here for years but-Switching to another Nail spa. 1 priced Gel ped at 45$ then to 70$ at check out. Nails not trimmed well, Gel pedicure is coming off after a few days. 1 employee used my foot bath as a trash can while my toes were getting painted. Not what it use to be.

I got a pedicure by Anna and she did a very bad job. I do not even remember her putting on a top coat to secure my nail polish. She kept pushing me about getting gel even though I said I did not want that which I found strange. I’m always certain to make sure my nail polish dries and I went through 3 cycles on the nail dryer for my toes and even walked out barefoot to give them more time to dry but I still ended up with my toes looking like this.
