This was possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. Would love to upload some photos to show everyone. Management should be embarrassed. Wet, stained towels in the fridge??? Boogers on the walls, nail polish, and chewed up candy on the night stands and table. Brown stains on the only yellow chair in the room. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. Called 12 other hotels and no availability....so we stayed! Oh and the cockroach crawling across the wall as soon as we opened the door. Do yourself a favor and reserve elsewhere!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We arrived fairly late after a show at Red Rocks. The front desk person (David) gave us our key and we went up to our room only to find there was already someone in there. We got keys to a different room (right across the hall) and found someone already in that one too. The front desk person was not apologetic at all and didn’t seem to understand why we were upset with the situation. We didn’t feel safe staying there (zero confidence he wouldn’t have given someone else keys to our room). He put us in a room at the Comfort Inn but didn’t offer any other compensation. It was an unbelievably horrible experience.

At first glance I was hesitant to give this a shot. But once I pulled in and walked to the counter my mind was at ease. It smelled so clean and everything was very tidy, the young lady at the front desk was wonderful and very positive. After circling the building looking for what I thought to be a good spot( I was wrong) I went inside . Everything was orderly and clean. Checking in to a king size room I was a little dismayed there was no couch but the pup will do just fine in the chair provided. The room is quite spacious and the windows are very clean. Pool isn’t open yet but that will be just fine, the bed is very comfortable and we are excited to be here. I say 8/10 for accommodations and a 11/10 for staff. THANK YOU FOR OUR DOG TREATS!! Athena loves them.

If I could give negative stars then it would get the most negative review possible! The night clerk was definitely great! But that was LITERALLY the only thing. I was questioning our choice when we pulled up & saw the building…. As soon as we walked through the front door we wished we had a refundable room! The STENCH was overwhelming & didn’t get any better when we got to our room!!! Thankfully the sheets seemed clean, but that’s about it. I was genuinely worried about our ceiling in the rooms & we couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. The room was falling apart, everything was gross, the heater was scary & I hated having my baby there!!!!! I’m extremely disappointed in the money wasted here & you absolutely could NOT pay me to ever stay there again!!!!
