This was the quaintest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is steeped in history so if you like that it is a great place to stay. The interior makes you feel like you have stepped back in time but in a good way. The original elevator looks great and is fun to ride in. The other best thing was the mattress. It was so very comfortable I slept great! Also, the locals were as nice and helpful as they could be. The one biggest complaint I have is the sheets had those little balls they get when they're getting old. Very uncomfortable so we slept on the top sheet. The website says every room has a coffee pot and hair dryer but they didn't. Outside of that I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Did not stay. Hotel is a dump. Nothing like pictures on Hotel.com. not 3.2 miles from Cripple Creek as stated. Is 7 miles. the town looks like a ghetto. No help from management or hotel.Com To resolve went to clean Wildwood hotel in Cripple Creek. Will dispute with discover card. Total fraud. Do not go there..

very well renovated while maintaining the history of the building. we booked through a third party that made things confusing, but Violet at the victor was incredibly helpful and kind. it’s a beautiful place to be and i would definitely come back with friends and family.

Wonderful...kitchy hotel. Loved the elevator. Rooms were rustic...typical of what you would expect of a 1900 circa building. Not a Marriott if that is what you want...but great old mining town aura. Loved it. Town has little to nothing for entertainment or dining but the hotel is charming.

Yes. See Christy Taylor's post. There is a sign with the times of departure at the stop.
The victor doesnt really have a front desk but call you can probably cancel without a problem
