Nice little open space in the back for smoking hookah. I loved the vibe of this place. Genuine crowd and really good service. I tried kashmiri 🍑, It was bomb. Also, the Tea they serve goes perfect with hookah. Definitely a place to relax, enjoy your hookah and drinks. They also got food too. Will try that next time.

I finally got to check this place out on a semi-rainy day. It's a Persian place so the food is Iranian style kabob (which I personally prefer). Basmati rice, tomato, and your choice of skewers. Kinda pricey though for koubideh it's $13 and for barg & koubideh combo it's $20! I mean... come on, for that price I would expect some higher quality meats than what they served. Also ordered some "Armenian" coffee which I thouroughy enjoyed but they will charge you for everything here... I asked for water, they gave me a bottle without even ASKING if bottle was ok. If it was a drink minimum they should have let that be known. I got here at 12 and the front door was closed and the sign said closed, but my friend was inside already and told me the side door is open. The waitress wasn't there yet and the hookah tender apologized (How does a waitress show up late? It's NOON, not 6AM). Just all in all , the service was OK, although when it started raining they put the umbrellas on top of two other parties and didn't even bother with us! I had to ask them for an umbrella, but should be logic to place umbrellas for ALL parties! Then when we asked for our second cup of coffee, it never came, had to remind them, they brought ONE out, and I said for the third time 2 and they were like "oh you wanted two?" SIGH SIGH SIGH. Food is good, the hookah is good but MAN the service is subpar and if for two people we are gonna drop $90 (YES man, for lunch what a JOKE) I'd expect a lot more.

Nice scene for Persian food. I love this place. The service here is great. The bill was well within reason for the quality.
