Flavor is always there. Cleanliness and customer service vary but given the awful 2 years we’ve all had, we all need grace in that department. What brought me here to review though, is these chicken toes. They still write chicken tenders on the menu but they stopped serving those a few years back. We all know they’ve been serving chicken fingers for a hot minute but today all four of us discovered they are now dishing up chicken toes. Guess that explains how they’re only 360 calories now.

Workers standing around, and food not ready at window. Our car, as well as 2 other cars, were sent to the front to wait. 12 minutes later a young man brought our food out. He didn't even know what was in the bag when we asked him to confirm what it was because they had already tried to give us 2 different orders that weren't ours. We ordered 2 number 5s. Fries and one burger were cold, while 2nd burger was steaming hot. Obviously had been made while other food waited for it in the bag on the counter. People waiting around the counter inside for their food. Seemed there were plenty of workers, just standing around or taking breaks while customers were going without. Lack of training by managers in this port orchard DQ store, for sure.

Forgot our food order, brought the ice cream to the table right away even though we said please don't because our grand daughter would never eat her food if she saw it. Waited over 25 minutes then had to go and ask "where is our food?" No apology or any thing.

Went to this store on thursday night about 15 minutes till 10pm. The staff was rude. I ordered chicken strips they were out so I ordered a bacon cheese burger meal. When totaling my order proceeded to tell me they were out of meat! I asked what did they have to eat in the store at the time and real rude said french fries and laughed! I went to the window and asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't one I was told. When I asked for the name of the manager the kid wasn't sure his name. Very dirty inside and very rude service. In in the process of contacting their franchise owner. I will never return to that DQ.
