For the longest time every Wednesday driving down River Road headed towards Jacobson, I have always wondered why dog food bags, etc. are always scattered down the side of the road and today I figured it out, garbage flies out of the truck and they dont care. Great MANAGEMENT!

We use WM for general residential garbage pickup and find it frustrating when they increase the price with no notice and no options to lower the price. They just say too bad, it is what it is. Wish we had other options for this service. They have a monopoly and they know and abuse it. I would switch service in a heartbeat if another option was available.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. I missed one payment and as soon as I received my next bill I promptly paid it. The bill included a late charge for the missed payment. I was ok with that. It was my mistake. But little did I know that they already cancelled my service before I even received the next bill with the late fee. Today I saw someone from waste management take my trash can. I thought that was funny. So I called. Apparently my service was cancelled do to non payment even though I paid for the service including the late charge. They wanted $45 to restart service today. Then they offered to, as a convince to me, forgive the fee. This was crazy. I think they screwed up and should have just said sorry and brought my garbage can back. I paid my late fee and my account was current for today.
