I scheduled appointments for 3:30. My girls were not helped until 4:15. They are kids and we’re getting a little impatient. When they finally got started, but it was not necessarily the most sanitary. A towel was dropped on the floor and was used. Gloves were not switched after touching the phone, or helping a different customer. A customer came in to complain about a service and they communicated about it right in front of us. Not the most comforting thing for me to explain to my kids. We also got home and the nail polish on one of my kids was already coming off.
