The reason I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America so much was first and foremost the staff. Particularly, the manager, Raj C. who was kind, patient, hard-working, and personable. His kindness and the overall customer service is the top reason this review deserves 5 stars. The entire staff seemed to follow his lead in personality as well as work ethic. We were treated very respectfully. We weren't pressured about check out when we were running late. Also, if we needed extra towels, toiletries, etc. all we needed to do was ask. The grounds were kept clean, the property is pet-friendly, with lots of grass, and there is always an employee available when you have a question or request.

It is clear that the management and/or owner is making major effort to reshape its reputation, rooms and overall facility. The room was clean, comfortable and attractive. The woman at the front desk was excellent, if I remember correctly her name was Paulina. She was quick to check in, kind, and answered all questions and was very courteous. I would have absolutely no problem staying at this hotel again, I really appreciate all the effort that is going into the restoration of this location. Great job! (From - empowermentservices)

I was able to make a reservation on the same day for four days and three nights at a very reasonable rate. I was pleasantly surprised with a kictenet. Then an staff member brought us everything needed exempting groceries to prepare meals. I will return in the future.

The pictures didn't match the rooms at all. They are very small, the room they gave me had 3 missing kitchen drawers, the garbage was full, there was dust from someone working on the room all over the floors, the floors hadn't been mopped or cleaned. There were toilet paper pieces everywhere. It was so bad! I was really surprised to see how poor of a condition my room was in. The front desk receptionist was really nice when I told her I can't stay there. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
