Joe Umberto's legacy lives on!!! The people running this place are incredible at what they do, I've learned most of what I know about gardening from them, and Bellingham's South Side would not be the joy it is to live in if it weren't for the very presence of Joe's Garden. I've been growing all manner of tomatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, strawberries, basil and peas from these guys for years now, (everything's potted outdoors), and every year I have an amazing yield, always with enough to pickle for the winter. They also sell these famously delicious garlic braids we use for cooking throughout the winter and and are now an expected gift among members of my family. Staying strong since 1933, we love Joe's Garden!👍

They have so many amazing plants!!! And everything looks so healthy and cared for. There is an entire greenhouse of hanging plants that smells amazing, and they have another that is full of new sprouts. It's a really inspiring place to visit, and I already can't wait to go back

Bought some amazing produce at Joe's today! The vegetable sales area might seem small but everything is beautiful, healthy, fresh, and most importantly, tasty! Staff are friendly and helpful also. I picked up one of the last few pints of local Rainier cherries and they were delicious. I'm not a fan of shopping at lots of different grocery stores, but Joe's is a worthwhile addition and it'll be my top priority for produce!

I have chosen to eat local for years. One way I managed to make that happen is Joe's Garden, I can get all my vegetables and fruit here. And many come out of the fields that surround the timing Market. It's someplace I truly miss once late fall comes and they close. You know that's about to happen when you see the garlic braids arrive they take this massive amount of garlic grown in Fairhaven and turn it into the perfect winter kitchen decoration. The kind that you actually use.

Posible or maybe not you would have to ask the workers that work there.
Started yesterday,🙂
We do, unfortunately they are very expensive this year. Due to the weather this spring most of the WA farms lost their apricots and they are in short supply. $70.00 for a 23lb case.
We sure do, Any specific varieties that your looking for?
Dorinda, We are taking orders now. Just give us a call at the farm. Thank you
Saturday the 26th of September will be our last day of the Season. Hope to see you in before then.
Kay, We have them on the stand for fresh eating but none by the case. Peaches are in high demand this year due to the poor harvest and I had to pay a fortune for them. Sorry.
Should be fine. Greens are fairly hardy. Protect from frost, which at this point, is most likely no longer a danger.
Sunday 9am to 4pm
I was there about a week ago and they did. They will of course advise you to keep them warm as it is still cold at night.
