Loved the room, very clean and the balcony was an added bonus. The air conditioner kept the room cool but it was very noisy. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We got to watch a deer eating grass by our car while sitting on the balcony. What an added treat!

Dave, the owner as I was told. Was completely unwilling to help us with a charge after the duration of time had lapsed. We had a major health issue, and told me I should have still had the clear mind to call in 48 hours. More than anything unwilling to even hear my side before yelling and hanging up on me. Please make the choice to stay at ANY other hotel when coming to this town. As a local Montana native. This is a sad way to treat people.

Went into the room and found hair and bodily fluids on the beds, walls, and the shower. Brought it up to the manager and he threatened to kick us out and call the cops. Would not recommend staying here. Isn’t worth the slightly cheaper price.

We have stayed at this hotel probably 3 or 4 times. Always the best price in red lodge and we are usually bar hopping until late hours and just need a bed to crash in. It’s always been mediocre but that was always fine with us. We knew what to expect. Well this will be the last time we ever stay there. It was absolutely disgusting. So many flies on the window sill and nasty, old, what looked to be trial mix, on the floor all around the bed. Makes me wonder if the sheets are clean and I’m sure they don’t wash the comforter. I hate to bash a small town hotel but this was probably the grossest room we have ever stayed in. On the plus side, the check in always goes smooth and the young man at the front desk seems nice enough. If you want to enjoy your stay in red lodge, this may not be the place.
