BEWARE!! Even though this is a conveniently located hotel, it is not worth staying in! There is a sewage plant nearby and you WILL smell it when the wind heads that way. It’s DISGUSTING, and while this hotel is decent for the most part, you will not sleep at night or feel comfortable in this environment. Don’t waste your time and money and stay elsewhere.

Good location to many attractions in area. Breakfast is the same thing ever morning not much of a selection, not much taste. Front staff were awesome. Cleaning crew might have been having a bad day as to why room was quickly cleaned and you could tell shower was dirty, towels had stains. Elevators are the slowest I have ever seen.

Stay was mostly pleasant. Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was helpful. Only issue was that they charged me a pet fee for my medical service dog (not legal, they’re medical equipment) and I didn’t notice until I got home because I got an email receipt and didn’t go over the charges at the time. We made sure to note that I’d have a service dog on booking the room and she was clearly labeled as a service dog.

My worst experience at a hotel. Where do I start upon entering the hotel it smelled like sewage then my room wasn’t ready at check-in at 3. When I get to room air isn’t working in room and it was super hot. Front desk said another room wouldn’t be available until later. Then next door attendant played tv loud all night. Staying at Fairfield Inn was a terrible nightmare!
