The male clerk was extremely rude! He mouthed off to me about "getting my six year old under control for gods sake we were in public"... firstly my child is 4, secondly the kiddy fishing pole he touched did not have any sign that said DISPLAY only, lastly my child was NOT out of control he was more confused why there was a fishing pole in a pool full of recess candy bars! People are rude and can't just answer your basic questions!

The Clerk told me that they did not have a restroom in the building for customers to use so my 5 year old about had to pee her pants until I could find a gas station nearby to take her! Funny seeing as how all other Family Dollar I have been to has had a restroom available.

Customer Service was like always Exceptional ! Store Associate Diane went above and beyond.. Not just by checking my son n I out . She helped us get the app and thoroughly explained it to me.. and she was kind and helpful, I was never rushed . Thank you Diane for all ur help! With the App I saved over $10 dollars .
