Nostalgia. The vibe, the food, the music and the staff brings back alot of great memories of when life was simple. The burgers, fries and soft serve ice cream are delicious. The burgers are reminiscent of in-n-out while the fries are crunchy and perfectly fried. The fry sauce is amazing and the soft serve ice cream is standard BUT are served large which is a treat. I recommend ordering a small cone as these are made really large. The customer service is top notch! One employee in particular who my family and I enjoy interacting with is the short dark skinned fellow with glasses. He has the unique ability to make customers feel genuinely welcomed as he shares his personal interests and stories which would typically make people feel vulnerable especially during modern times, but this is an exception. His professionalism, personality and maturity will take him far in life, guaranteed. Keep up the outstanding work! All in all, I highly recommend this fast food restaurant!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t want to ever eat here again! My first time eating at Jubilee on Easter 2022 around 6:30pm. The girl with the very short hair at the register had a hostile attitude. She informed me that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes but still proceed to take my order. Very stern when telling me they did not sell bacon along with a long lists of other things as they “weren’t on the menu”. I left without looking in my bag since I only ordered a cheeseburger meal and was the only customer at the time I ordered. I go to eat my burger and there is what seems like scraps of another patty??? On my burger. If this is how THIN your business sells their cheeseburgers then I believe the price should be reconsidered! And I would not chose to ever spend my money nor dine in for this!!! It was thinner than a cheeseburger off the dollar menu at McDonald’s. I usually would go to Burger ranch across the street, but they were closed so I decided to try another reputable burger place. I am upset and am now choosing to do this review being that my burger was basically lettuce and onions and I did not enjoy it… if the woman taking orders and the cook (a guy) did not want to cook my order then she should have turn me away the minute she opened her mouth to me!

I had ordered two cheese burgers with everything on them and received this sad, sorry excuse for food. Not only were the cheese burgers just two buns with cold meat in them but the fries were also cold. The word famous should be removed from the name "famous french fries" because the only thing "famous" about them was how famously awful they were. The only reason i even went ahead and gave this one star was because A. I couldnt go any lower and B. The fry sauce was decent at best.

It's great in that it's a classic local place that's been here for years. But it's not better than burger ranch across the street. Really thick, dry buns with a double burger essentially being a single without much seasoning. It almost tastes like the hamburger was boiled. It's that bland. Ask for lots of sauce or onions to make sure you get the most out of these. Great shakes for what it's worth. Not the best, but still good.
