Update: We stay here frequently for work and have to hive shot out to Carla who always goes beyond. Also rooms are renovated now, love the full kitchen! First impression: It was just ok. I told one of the girls at front desk that I had no phone service in my room and she told me to use my cellphone😲! But the night shift front desk girl when we arrived was super friendly. Breakfast was not as good as Rochester, NY location. Also, it's time to update the plugs with USB they still have a fax/tel outlet lol

The staff here is AWESOME!!!! When booking, we spoke to Carla and she truly made us feel beyond welcome. The Manager Johnathan his high standards and that reflects on their entire staff. Thank you so much!!!!

Rooms at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Wallingford, CT where clean, and large, with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Very impressive! Comfortable, bed, chairs, sofa. The front desk girl that check us in was helpful with suggestions of locations for dinner and drinks. After seeing how spacious the accommodations were, I will look for other Homewood suite locations on my business next trip.

Rebecca at the front desk really went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I. We booked on the wrong night through a third party. Rebecca really took the time to accommodate our needs! Nice hotel, love the kitchen especially!
