My first positive impression came at Hosp receiving where Receptionist reached out to me, asking how they could help process me in. I was asked to sit for a short few minutes. Greeted me as they were expecting me and knew the planned procedure. Took me to prep bed and verification of procedure with anaesthesia team and surgeon. Immediately assigned two medical assistance to prepare me. Any questions were immediately answered. Then the post surgical Nurse Team was the best response I have ever experienced. I don’t give top rating, hardly ever.

I had a great experience at this hospital during my surgery. Everyone was so kind and caring. I saw some of the poor reviews and went in that morning holding my breath a bit. I prayed before I went in and thanked God for the opportunity to receive care. I blessed the staff and went in with confidence. I can't say a single bad thing about this place. I disagree with the reviews. With the new post pandemic rules and pressures, I am sure none of the staff is having fun and enjoying themselves at all times. I give them much respect for having to take care of the sick during such tumultuous times. God bless them all!

What a fiasco! I reported in at 7:15 for a simple 20 minute procedure for the operating room. I went through all the preparations, my doctor was there but someone who manages the operating room forgot to order the equipment that the doctor needed. The nurse tried to keep me informed of the time as it got pushed out another hour, after another hour! I called for my doctor to come see me and even the last ETA for the equipment was doubtful. In order to get my 20 minute procedure, I was going to be at the hospital at least 7-8 hours. I got my things and walked out and told the doctor to please call and reschedule me when the hospital can get their act together. No call yet from the hospital or the doc. Waiting since 4/29. You can be sure I am watching if the hospital bills my insurance. Also, waiting for their patient care people to call me...if they care.

I recently had to go to go to St. Clare hospitals Emergency room. I must say that this hospital was more professional and courteous then any other hospital that I have ever experienced. The receptionist was very polite, concerned, and was eager to tend to my needs unlike other hospitals where your treated like a number at a local restaurant. The Doctor was amazing as well as busy as she was took time to examine me ask important questions and most important listened sincerely to my answers to those questions. She had asked. I was in and out of there quickly and I was home in no time all in all is probably the best experience I've ever had going to an emergency room I walked out of their feeling comfortable and relax knowing that I was taken care of all and all I think that Sinclair has the best crew and staff I've ever seen and I've been around a long time

7am-7pm generally. No visitors for certain isolation like covid. Special permission can be granted by the charge nurse if the patient needs someone over night.
I believe it is MyChart through CHI Franciscan
I think they would be delighted but you should call them directly instead of asking random self appointed guides.
There is a LabCorp in the medical pavilion section of St. Clare, but they won't be open until 7:30 Monday morning.
I don't know if they do or not
