I should have read the reviews firsts, but my wife, who spent a lot of time in the Chautauqua area in the late 1900s, wanted to stay there. First concern that should have alerted me was that we could check in at noon. Then we were given the actual room keys. The room we were given had messed up beds and towels on the bathroom floor. Finally, the bathroom appeared to be Handicap Compliant, wide doors, large room, many grab rails, but....the bath tub was a jacuzzi type with a very high edge. Both my wife and I had problems getting in and out, and elected to leave the following morning without taking a shower. The manager said they had one handicap compliant unit but is was booked. Also had one unit with a smaller tub, but with only one small grab rail. I would not recommend not staying here, especially if you have any handicap concerns.

MOST WORTHLESS HOTEL IN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY...BY FAR!!! I would NOT recommend this so-called "Hotel" to ANYONE. No one is around, the security or owner is a creeper that pretty much watches your every move, accuses people of smelling like smoke (even though you dont), threatened to charge $250 but the entire Hotel isn't worth that much. No hot water. Had to call to find out how to sign in & out. The rooms are not kept up & definitely not worth the price! These people need to be SHUT DOWN. Pack up & get out of our County. They're only open to profit from tourists. Heed my warning; DO NOT STAY AT WEBB'S!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was checked into a room that smelled so badly of mold, it was disgusting. When I asked for another room I was verbally assaulted, screamed at and cursed at. I cannot believe these people own a business, I have never seen anything like it. Left this dump and went to Chautauqua Suites up the street.

Nice mini golf course with a good view. The owners went above and beyond for us and reopened the course an hour after they closed because we read the hours wrong! Overall, fun and well kept course and nice people!
