Always a nightmare. Their fax is down and they don't tell you till you show up...this is the third time this has happened. They said their fax was down for three days, yet they can't cross the street and buy one at Walmart. No receptionist and staff couldn't care less. They offer going to a different blood lab. Holy cow can you imagine. I drove 40 minutes, tries calling the day before to see if they received the script and you get a message if the Dr faxed it they will ha e the script. This is the worst customer service in health care.

Easy access, clean, little waiting times, the best staff ever! The phlebotomists are the best and usually can hit my tiny and deep veins on the 1st try...no more than two tries ever! I'm very glad they moved to this site, making it a very short walk in from the curb. That's important for those of us who have walking disabilities.
