First off the girl looked annoyed..then when i got my coffee it was cold...a guy helped me and gave me another coffee..meanwhile waiting for the other coffee..the girl got an attitude bc i complained about my cold coffee and the guy wanted to give me a lesson on why my coffee was cold. Bc of my milk...it does matter how much milk is in my coffee it should b hot...i shouldnt get a lesson on coffee and i shouldnt get an attitude or questioned about my cold coffee. The dunkin in sidney is always hot and never gives a problem. GO TO THE DUNKIN IN SIDNEY NOT THIS ONE. Customer is always right..thats customer service motto.

Few weeks ago I got the cranberry/ apple refresher was amazing definitely could taste cranberry and apple and the drink was the color of cranberry juice then today I orderered it and it nasty had just enough cranberry to make it pink the rest taste like sour apples nasty not happy we ordered 2 and they both taste the same . Maybe the first time was because new item Not a happy customer I drink cranberry juice all the time and this had no cranberry taste

Rude staff if you are not a people person then customer service is not for you! Not to mention I ask for a chocolate frosted donut and you give me jelly munchkins. Not to mention you never put my sugar in my coffee and I hear the girl in the window say oh I never put that sugar in i guess they will be back! Guess what not everyone has time to come back do your job correctly or don't work there. I will not be back to your establishment!

Dunkin donuts doesn't deliver. They dont serve ice cream either. If you go to a location where there is a gas station with a Dunkin Donuts inside the store, like the above commenter has said, then most likely there will be a small freezer.... normally located by the door, or cashier. Inside this tiny freezer there will be a small selection of ice cream. However, to further help you in your quest for ice cream, id recommend your local grocery store, -if there is no ice cream shop nearby. (This is particularly worth noting, as ice cream shops are only open seasonally.) -at your local grocery store you can get yourself up to a gallon of ice cream. If you are feeling ambitious, you can buy 2, 3, 4...etc... gallons of ice cream, in flavors like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Good luck with your search for ice cream. You still have to get it yourself.
