I came here at 4:45 on a Thursday night. There were 2 cars ahead of me waiting to have their order taken. 30 minutes later... they finally are taking my order. The staff was indifferent and seemed completely bored. There was no apology or explination for the wait. I get up to the window and get a similar treatment. So after almost 40 minutes I finally have my drinks... then another 5 minutes later they say they don't have any fríes ready and I will need to pull around and wait. I can see through the Windows that the staff seems to be moving at a snails pace as if unaware of the now 5 car line in the drive through, behind me another 5 minutes later I finally get my food. So at what's considered to be a fast food restaurant I have wanted a total of 50 minutes... i gave one more star only because the food was hot and very good otherwise this would be a one star review.

I love the food at Carl's Jr. Staff has always been friendly. However... I do have 2 complaints. Not about the service but about what they serve. Or more like don't serve any more. 1st they stopped serving sweet potato fries 😔 (yrs ago) then I just found out they no longer have their teriyaki burger 😔. They had the some of the best sweet potato fries and the best teriyaki burger I've had. I was looking fwd to a teriyaki burger tonight. Not very happy they don't have those 2 items any longer.

I live somewhat nearby, so I come here a LOT. The food is generally pretty good, and I love that I can get a burger earlier in the day than some other places. The staff are great!
