Very comfy bed, lots of nice pillows. Free brekkie. Complimentary shampoo conditioner soap and lotion are Neutrogena. Great staff!! Everything was as expected and when we had our own little snafus, front desk was very helpful.

From arrival at front desk to departure everything was great. Room was super clean, easy WiFi connection and amazing breakfast.

They use demand pricing, so the room was very expensive. Clearly, no one got that message. The beds need to updated - way too soft. They are very short on staff, the food at breakfast is marginal at best, no fitness room, the pool was closed, no housekeeping unless you asked for it and I was not notified of this new rule. The bed linens are thin and cheap, the A/C unit is loud. For the money - it was a rip off

Positive: The hotel was convenient to our final destination. It was quite and the food was good, Negative: The hard tile floor in the lobby and hallways is very nice, BUT the property uses hard or metal wheels on all of their trash and service carts. The noise is unbearable and I reported it to the manager , she stated her manager is no longer employed.
