Visited restaurant on 7/16/22 to pick up door dash order which I waited for 15 minutes While manager (she) attended to all the drive thru customers first.. By the way there were at least 4 to 6 emplpyees. No excuse for the long wait. I failed to mention that I was given a 2 minute wait for Mac n cheese which is precooked and heated in a microwave. It took 20 minutes to get the order which doesn't make sense. After all, the door dash order was placed 30 minutes before pickup and another 20 minutes to walk out with the order. All ll employees wore gloves and hair nets except the manager who was also serving food. The manager set a bad example for her staff. She fixed a drive thru order and placed fries that were found on the side of the counter and threw them into the fries box with her ungloved hand. A tray of biscuits were kept out of the warmer for more than 10 minutes. Timers were beeping and left unattended for 10 minutes.

To anyone reading this, I would not recommend eating or working at this KFC location. The restaurant does not value the quality of your food or the cleanliness of the environment it's prepared in. All employees are careless and reckless to the point where they do not respect the safety and health regulations to deal with food properly. Plus, the work environment is toxic and degrading to any individual who works there, speaking from my own experiences. It's also why the restaurant fails to keep employees long-term. The team who has remained on staff is unprofessional and disgusting. And I would never want any of them to prepare my food. This location is receiving a one-star rating because there isn't an option for no stars.

Nice food, I ordered from the mobile app for pick up. The app changed my pickup time by 20 minutes so I had to wait on my order and I was 30 minutes away when I ordered. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars

I'm 55 years old so I've been eating chicken for a long time. But I've never seen a chicken wing so small in my life! KFC should be ashamed of themselves. A chicken wing the size of my thumb. Ridiculous! Last time going here. Also they were out of large drink cups.
