I would have loved to know the hotel was under construction BEFORE we booked three nights and were woken up by hammering 5 doors down at 9 AM on a Saturday. We did get a remodeled room on the second floor but upon pulling into the parking lot, we realized it was a mess. There were old parts from rooms all in the outside walkways, and it looked super messy and sketchy. Staff was decent enough, but didn't have many interactions. Hot breakfast? More like pop tarts and rice krispy treats. No coffee. The room only had one washcloth even though I booked the room for two people? Second night, there were kids running up and down the walkways outside of the rooms, banging on windows. Front desk said they'd talk to the parents but they obviously did not because it continued until midnight. My brother stayed in a double queen room two doors down and there were empty bottles and trash under one of the beds. Pros? There was a TV with cable and the bed was comfortable, but the sheets were definitely stained. We booked this spot through a discount through my work, but we will not be returning. Really disappointed, as we were in town for a wedding and with the concert over the weekend, we thought we were getting a good deal. I highly recommend you book somewhere else...at least until the remodel is finished. Even then, the building itself needs some work, not just the rooms.

I recently stayed in a newly remodeled room, and it was very nice. Hotel has come a long way and is looking good from the inside. Keep up the good work !! See you next time. I'm in the area.

Extremely disappointed. Facility at least 30 plus years old. Rooms dirty, housekeeping never changed towels, "hot breakfast" does not exist. Choice hotels/ Quality In should drop this as a complete embarrassment. Will never send someone there. We were in town for a funeral and found this place a train wreck.

Positive: The location was excellent. Near lots of stores and resources Negative: The room was dirty. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, old tape on the back of the clock radio, no cover on the bathroom wall outlet and there was a cigarette butt by the TV. It was a smoking room but I don't smoke. This room was not properly cleaned.
