The online Auctions are nice, but I really miss nothing able to check out items before I bid on them. I bought 2 sewing machines that were missing parts-the guys would never think to look inside to makes sure the bobbin holder or the presser foot is there-that I never would have bid on if I'd known. Other things I'd like to bid on, but I don't know how big it is or if it has an odor or things like that. On the good side, the people who work there are fabulous.

Stokes Auction is a great place to experience life in Sourh Kitsap. It’s where the long-time locals gather and have fun. You can find great deals and boxes of random items. Cars and boats sold at auction are “as is” without any expectation. They are driven through the largest barn if possible. I have mechanic friends who buy “lemon” cars for cheap at Stokes then fix them up and resell them. Just be aware that it’s an auction and there aren’t any promises of quality.

Stokes auction is so much fun! I love looking through the antiques, the barn stuff, the plants section and the vehicles! Great deals on vehicles. If it is packed with people, you don't always get the best deals on cars but go back again and try next time if you don't win! It's a great way to spend the day.

They managed the auction for the CK school district. They are a great group of people. They also handle auctions for fundraising. They helped the Montessori auction at Hawk Elementary. They know the business and will help you as much as possible.

We do sell horse trailers, we do not always have them each month. It's hard to give an answer on what they sell for as there are too many variables, condition, size, brand, etc.
Our auction preview begins today at 10am, Friday, May 17 and we close at 4pm. Tomorrow, auction day, May 18th 2019, we open at 8am.

We conduct a monthly online vehicle auction. We do sell motorhomes, however, vehicles are consigned and we do not know what will be brought in month to month. You can follow our website at stokesauction.com.
We have a good buyer database. Enough that we feel confident to sell our own forklift in our early May auction. I suggest giving us a call and let us know exactly what you have and your expectations. - LeAnn Boardman (360) 876-0236 M-F 8am -4pm
No
We don't really know what is coming in month to month. We probably sold 2-3 last 12 months.
Not usually. We prefer to consign vehicles to our auction and sell them for you. If we buy, we will offer a low price as we would expect to make money. The cost to consign a vehicle is 12.5% with a $75 minimum, plus a $35 title handling fee.
Yes, we do estate auctions. Hopefully when Covid is over we can except consignment again by drop off. Currently we accept small loads on a case by case basis by appointment only. We also pick up merchandise by appointment.
You can look online at stokes auction and it will show upcoming events and pics of stuff being sold
Every vehicle sold is driven thru the auction barn
Sorry, we are closed on the weekends, except for the Saturday auction.
We do sell tools, tool boxes and more. It would be best to call our office and if local we can set up an appointment for the auctioneer to stop by and take a look. 360-876-0236
Irene we do offer appraisals for estates or contents of homes. We do charge for that service.
Santos, our vehicle inventory changes monthly. Check our website for the listing of vehicles to be sold. http://www.stokesauction.com/barn/autolist.htm The Auction hours are listed on that page.
Best to call to see if we have space available. We are currently full for general merchandise for the July 18 Auction. We are however accepting vehicles. Our next “load-in” day is Monday, July 30th.
2018: The fee is 12.5% commission with a $75 minimum, plus a $35 title handling fee (taken from auction proceeds). We require the title brought in with the vehicle (must be in the sellers name or related estate). Lost title, no problem, we accept an "affidavit in lieu of title" from DOL or we can complete a "loss and release" at our location at no additional cost but seller must bring in vehicle registration.
