I absolutely love snooping out deals and new foods at all the grocery outlets along Hwy 30 BUT Scappoose is my favorite. The buyer(s) get the best deals and most assortment of new, old and something different. Always have a cart full and save a bundle.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but the cashiers I've seen in the last 3 times I've been there have tried real hard with their attitude to make sure I would never want to come back. I give! I won't be back

Very poor planning! Grocery Outlet and Legacy Medical Center and now Popeye's all share the same entrance and exit!!!!!! This is horrible!!!!!! This is going to cause many car accidents!!!!!!
