Room was too hot and could not change thermostat. Elevators smelled like vomit (we told front desk and they did nothing about it) small pool in the middle of foyer only open til 10pm. Opens at 10 am. Empty conditioner in shower. TV was all pixelated. No continental breakfast. Only plus was it wasn't crowded. If they clean up and fix these things I'm sure our stay would've been better

Positive: nice hotel. The lobby is a little bit odd with a pool in the middle, but we didn't mind. Pleasant room and nice staff. Suited us perfectly as a night on the road as we made our way home from a road trip. Negative: wish breakfast was included

The hotel layout is such that the pool is in the center of the lobby. So it's loud and wet any time you are moving through the hotel. The whole hotel smells musty and moldy. Our double beds were comfortable, but there was tons of dust all around the corners of the room like they only sweep the middle of the room. The sink was full of hair. There was a lamp for the room that had no outlet within reach. Our room smelled of mold. Worst of all, one of our group members had Air Pods stolen from the room when the beds were made. Lots of excuses as to why they were at the housekeeper's address when she used the find my device app.

The customer service is excellent. The manager was also very welcoming. Everyone I encountered was professional and made sure I had no issues or concerns. The room was nice, clean spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are on the small side however. I was also disappointed that the breakfasts was a upcharge. The Holiday Inn brand is known for having breakfast included with your stay, which is one of the main reasons it's always my hotel if choice, had I known, I would have more likely stayed at a hotel that provided breakfast with the stay. Overall it's a nice hotel with warm and welcoming staff.
