Horrible experience! Booked a luxury car more than a month in advance, had it reconfirmed 2 days prior to pick up and at 12 noon day of pick up they told me they had no luxury vehicles available. Since I have a bad back and I was taking a long trip I needed to be sure the vehicle I rented was comfortable. I had to scramble elsewhere for another vehicle and my trip was delayed a day.

The Enterprise Rental Group of Kennett Square provided excellent service while my car was being repaired. They contacted me almost everyday to see if my needs were being met. I was given a clean vehicle and it was fun to drive. I was happy to see all employees wearing masks and keeping their distance. I would rent from them again!

First car they gave me was dirty(no biggie) and the inspection ran out the end if Jan, I rented it mid March. When I called for an exchange the clerk told me to keep it and Enterprise would pay any ticket I got while having the car. If I got pulled over 5 times in the week and a 1/2 i was going to have the car, Enterprise would pay every one of my tickets? This didn't work for me so I called the next day and spoke to another clerk who was very nice and he told me to come in for an exchange. I got an exchange, again the car was not clean but whatever but this car sounded absolutely terrible, definitely needs to be taken to a shop. Also the wipers were shredded, of course we got a good bit of rain while I had it. I'm glad others had great experiences, I unfortunately did not.
