Absolutely disgraceful. We had to wait two hours after our appointment time and there was no receptionist to speak to. Every time, someone would just arrive and immediately get called in.

Very Good. We have been going there regularly for almost 3 years now, for protine tests for my mother who is 90. Everyone there treats her with such kindness and care. She has rolling veins and they still have been able to do a very good job. ( I agree there was a problem in the past, but the problem does not seem to be there anymore). We don't make an appointment and seldom have to wait long. ( sometimes not at all, probably the worst was 15 minutes).
