I had the Ceasar Salad with grilled shrimp and a glass of wine. My only complaint was the parmesian cheese on the salad. It was the same as one would use on spaghetti which made it messy to eat. Otherwise, the food was good and plentiful enough that I had leftovers for supper. The staff was very nice and friendly. The chef came to our table to ensure that we were happy with our food & the service.

Update .. As you know I travel around trying similar fare in many restaurants .. today I wanted to back to a place that I see is finally getting more filled up with customers. Once my friend and I heard our waitress Ty tell us the chicken sandwich special we both ordered it . Neither of us are built small so we enjoyed the generous portion size .. in fact my friend could barely finish and I took half home! Plus it was very tasty! I hope they keep it on the menu we both loved it Blackened Chicken breast with cheese onions and multicolored peppers , which added to the presentation! The wait staff was on top of their game, and the cook is really improving! There’s a view of the greens .. what more do you need? Please give it a try .. Truly it’s a much better deal and setting than most popular priced restaurants. Go! Worth a little trip...A somewhat hidden Restaurant with bar surrounded by a Golf Course. Yes this quaint place has a bar, a view of a lake, and the Golf Course. The food is actually reasonable ,decent, and filling. The prices are reasonable for what you get. The staff, like Dawn, is friendly and attentive. All things considered it's a cute little place away from the crowds in an attractive setting with reasonable food and a bar,what more do you need? Come on guys break your routine ..Try it!

All in all the food was good but expensive for what you got. Expectations were low as it's a Golf Course Grill but the Ruben was good. Small for the price Id have expected for ten bucks that there would have been more meat. Opted for the coleslaw which was a mistake. I'm not sure why restaurants only give the smallest portion of coleslaw... it's cabbage and Mayo. Cheap to make. Anyhow I should have got the onion rings they don't charge extra for them like other places do and they were a pretty health portion. Wife got the Cobb added chicken for extra.

Buzz and the staff always do an outstanding job. April is one of the best waitresses that I have ever had and the food is always very good. I go there at least two to three per month for lunch. Steamboat Joe, Rubin , Burger and club are always very good
