Found two different types of hair in my burger. I completed the complaint form and have not heard anything back. I also am reporting this to the local health department since I saved the food in my freezer for proof

Not sure if it's worth talking about but my friend and I noticed something about the meat that we could not finish meals. I also think this business should invest some of that money on heat seal bags for take out. There has to be a way to keep the food warm enough to enjoy at home, park 🤔 that's a free one for you.

Ugh. Should have gone to McDonald's. We were there right at breakfast/lunch turnover time and were the first lunch customers. Waited a rather long time for a couple of burgers and fries. Thought that they were cooking them so didn't complain. What we got was two burgers warmed from a steam tray that were so dry that the cheese soaked in. The buns were in stale and the french fries tasted of old grease and were barely room temperature. It was awful. Unfortunately we had no time to complain. We drive past here all of the time on our travels. It was our first visit and it will be our last visit.
