The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The Nissan Rogue Sport we rented was clean and handled great. Everything was explained up front so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Enterprise!!

Just pickup rental at West Islip location. After waiting 10 minutes for car to get clean under quote. Never have vehicles ready for pick up. I finally get in car, smells awful. Cigarette odor. I turn around and everyone from office Enterprise vanished! Very disappointed. Currently pregnant. I can't take the smell. Supposedly was clean. I had to call customer service to swap out and get into a clean car. Ended up going to 4 different locations. Unsuccessfully. Apparently other Enterprise offices didn't want the car that was given to our family. Very unhappy with outcome. Outlander Mitsubishi dirty throughout. Matt Chapman from McArthur Airport location refused to clean dirty vehicle. We were able to rent clean vehicle from Budget Rent a Car. When will be the date I will be provided with excellent service from West Islip Location. This experience taught me the Enterprise Rent a car is not a good rental company. Brian and Amanda managers from West Islip need better training. They both are responsible for poor customer service. You are lied over and over. Representatives need a better training. As far as Covid-19. Vehicles are not safe. No throughout cleaning and disinfecting is done, at least for us three times in the last 4 months.
