I was scared to get my eyebrows done after some negative past experiences, but the lady at the brow bar, Kim, was absolutely fantastic. She was understanding and listened to what I wanted. She has excellent expertise and did a fantastic job evening out my brows. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Always loved the services by Kim at the Brow Bar. Went in today and stood by the bar waiting to ask about availability and was ignored by employee working the bar and one that walked by. I finally went and asked a clerk only to be told no more walk ins. I’m sorry then post this or acknowledge someone’s standing there. Sorry that’s rude. Not sure if there’s been a turn over of staff but not the same atmosphere as it used to have.

I usually enjoy shopping at the Ulta stores whenever I travel. I earn points, shop on line, buy gift cards for my teen nieces - it's one of my 'go-to' spots. However, as I was shopping at the Ulta in Pittsfield, MA I did not feel welcome. One of the salespeople started following me as I shopped. I was the only person of color in the store and have NO NEED to steal anything. At one point she was close enough for me to ask if she would feel more comfortable if I gave her the items I had in my hand (to purchase) to take to the counter. I told her it felt like she was following me - made me feel uncomfortable. At this point I should have left but again, I like Ulta products. She denied, apologized and took my items to the front. Although it was a pleasant exchange no one should feel threatened or intimidated while shopping. I was trying to relax and enjoy my quick getaway but that incident was an unnecessary 'interruption' and almost ruined my day. Please train your staff not to be so quick to judge people by the color of their skin. I was dressed down but I wonder if I would have been followed if I were wearing my suit that day. Times are changing and we need to be more responsible and respectful of our differences in this country - or you'll be left behind.

It's not a busy store, so it's very easy to keep six feet distance. Your not able to test makeup and the staff do the best they can to match customers to makeup. They seemed to be following the Covid-19 safety procedures. As long as you follow safe practices, you should be safe! Stay safe and healthy ❤✌🏾😊
