I went there today to order some food for the family. I was HIGHLY disappointed. To begin they were completely out of spicy chicken so we were forced to settle for mild. First red flag. When we were handed the mac and cheese the lid was not properly secured onto the container. Second red flag. We made the BIG mistake of not checking the rest of the food before we pulled off. We arrived home hungry and tired expecting a nice chicken dinner along with sides and biscuits. As we went to check the food we realized there was a very off putting color to the chicken. It look raw, undercooked, and inedible. We were extremely shocked. We tried to call the establishment 3+ times from two different cell phones. Each time the phone rang and rang until it was eventually hung up on their side. I decided to try to get in contact with someone through the popeyes app. They let me know that I will be receiving an email in 24-48 hours regarding our issue with the food we received. Highly, highly, highly, disappointed. We should not have to order cooked food and have to cook it again in order to be able to eat it. One star.

Prices are way beyond. An individual small chicken breast is 2.69 and smaller wing was 2.49. small tea was 2.69. great way to push the meals and deals but not a single order.

It could be better. I feel you need to love your job so customers can have a better experience. Not to say that customers can be aggressively rude as well.

It use to be a very diverse place with all different racial backgrounds working there now it seems to just be all Spanish Mexican or ecuadorians who hardly speak or understand English. I order two meals and a drink and they charged me for a large fry instead of my drink. When I went inside to ask them what happen to my drink I was ignored by the two young ladies at the front counter then when I finally got their attention she called the guy who took my order. He say I didn't charge you for the drink I gave you a fry then walked off smfh. So I ordered a drink and the young lady who took my order at the register snatched my money out of my hand. Will not go back to this Popeyes again
