Is there a zero star option? I have lost track of the amount of nightmare experiences I've had with Quest. They just keep getting worse. The stories I can tell....The most utterly USELESS place I've ever had the unfortunate happenstance of going. Today's story- my 7year old, who spent the night in the ER, needs bloodwork done asap. The pediatrician decided to do it herself and then have me just drop off the vials of blood at the lab. I show up and they have me sign in as a walk in patient and wait. There are people here who have been waiting almost 2 hours. I've explained that im literally dropping off this bag. But no. I have to wait. Despite that this is very urgent, the results need to be in by the end of the day and I have a bag of blood that probably needs to be refrigerated for all I know and has a big neon orange STAT sticker on it. I hope Quest reads these reviews and know how awful they are. I have zero hope they will actually care or make a change though. Why the heck are QUEST the only people available to go to for lab work in CT? If anybody knows of anywhere else I can try in future that would be much appreciated. I literally HATE Quest even more today than I already did and I didn't inagine that could be possible...

Please be advised! They had me waiting an hour because their computer is mistaking appointments for walk ins. I arrived at 11:55 for my 12 appointment which was made on the phone with a ROBOT. No one will answer your call here. When I registered they put me as a last minute walk in and proceeded to take everyone who came in after me, before me. For an hour. Until I complained three times. Another woman realized she was also being treated as a walk in when she had made an appointment also. I finally got my blood drawn which took 3 minutes at 1 o clock. They ALL acted like they were doing me a favor by taking a lowly walk in after an hour of taking everyone else first when I did have an appointment!!! Will NEVER come here again. Their automated system is messing up big time and there is no human to correct these things.

Went to Quest for a simple blood draw for my husband and I. After reading the signs on the door, we went into the waiting room to sign in only to be greeted by someone who said "you need to learn how to read the sign, only 5 people in here at a time or we won't draw blood". Thus was said in a rude, sarcastic manner which I didn't appreciate. She then said we could sign in online. So either put up another sign on the door explaining how to sign in online, or place the sign in pad outside where it is more accessible to people when the lobby is full.

OK. I have tried repeatedly to contact Quest directly but it is impossible to get a live person. Today March 23 2019 at 10:20am I was behind the quest vehicle in the picture when I watched it run the stop sign at the intersection of E Albert st & Park ave. Then at the next intersection of E. Albert & Oak ave the driver sat at the stop sign until I blew my horn for them to wake up. The driver then continued on and entered the southbound lane of route 8 at exit 43. Number on back left was 141 and on the right was 75634 and the plate number was C 079175. Quest has GPS on all their cars and can easily verify what I have stated here.

I don't know, but I almost died waiting there....
Usually, the next day for results to be at your doctor's. No more than 3 days before doctor responds.
