How come when I call to place a order, people from India answer, and then they refuse to honor coupon's... Good way to lose business, screw this

Ordered about 5:30pm we live 10 minutes from the place. Tracked our order, it stated it was delivered that's funny my ring doorbell didn't go off. No pizza. Called the store about my order they remade it, will be delivered 15 minutes 6:50pm I might have my pizza. If this is how this pizza place is ran no wonder Peyton Manning stopped doing commercials for you. If a manager can't answer a call cause they are short staffed then train your people with the proper training to handle the situation.

Ordered pizza, chicken poppers and cheese steak pizziadia. Got home and there was barely any meat on my pizzadia, mostly cheese and pizza bread. NOT WORTH WHAT YOU PAY FOR THEM !! My husband and I will not order from them EVER AGAIN !! The Papa John's website said that the pizza and other stuff we ordered was done but when we got there the pizza wasn't ready like the website said so we had to sit in a very hot store and wait. Horrible service ! Never ordering from there again. Better pizza places around here than them.

Ordered a pizza at 330pm for delivery. At 4pm I got the wrong pizza. So I called and was told the correct one will be right out. Over an hour later i called to find out where my pizza was and I was told the replacement was sent to the wrong address and they had to make it again. The manager I talked to seem irritated that I called again. So I finally get the correct pizza sometime after 6pm and it was cold. I filed a formal complaint and the area manager reached out to me. I told them what happened and I was told they are "looking into it". That was like 3 weeks ago and I never heard back. Will never recommend or order again because clearly they don't care about customer service.
