Great friendly staff, great breakfast with alot of variety. Clean rooms, lobby, pool area. We were greeted with smiles and complimentary items for being Hilton members. Breakfast was great and staff always checking to ensure everything was filled. I would definitely recommend staying here.

You guys deserve ZERO stars! On my first day, no one was at the front desk each time I entered the hotel or came downstairs. I wanted to ask a simple question in person and front desk was MIA, I decided to phone the front desk instead. I left my room from very early morning, and returned around 8pm that evening. When I entered my room I was taken aback!Housekeeping never came by. My used towels were never picked up, new towels were never replaced, none of the complimentary necessities were replaced that I used, my bed was never made, and the garbage was never picked up. I prefer Hampton Inn due to their outstanding reputation. This Hampton Inn is a total disappointment, they do not live up to the standards like other Hampton Inns. Response to management: I have never had to request housekeeping at any hotel I have stayed in. This is a first. I’ve stayed in a variety of Hampton Inn’s and Hiltons, and I have always received accommodations without requesting. It’s standard procedure. Your hotel failed, I would never recommend it.

ASC Professional Handling

Good rooms. Service is below average. Called down for extra blanket never received it. Called next night and got it awhile later. On our 3rd day we are allowed to have the room cleaned. We requested and it was never done. Service was nothing better than red roof. If you wanna pay the extra money for nicer hotel and service I suggest Marriott in Enfield. One exit from this Hampton inn. Had to stay here since it was full for the week.

Positive: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed was super soft. Bathroom was extremely clean. Breakfast choices were great and different each day we were there. The breakfast tasted great. The location was excellent and we felt safe. Negative: I have no complaints.
