For a chain pizza place I am highly impressed! The service was amazing! There were only two people working but they were both so attentive checking if we needed anything, of the food was ok and if more drinks were needed. The food itself was perfect and came out quickly! Other establishments should take notes because this visit was above and beyond what I expected!

even though I didn't get my free breadsticks (wanted cinnamon sticks knowing I would have to pay the difference) I still hold Pizza Hut with a 5 star rating. I just hold the employee responsible for not knowing how to handle the situation. Pizza Hut pizza is the best and I will choose that over any other pizza.

Came in with the family after a day of fishing. Amazing service and the quality of food was great. You can’t go wrong with a meatlovers old school pan pizza or the original stuff crusted cheese pie. Also ordered the family pans of fettuccine Alfredo. Only thing that could use improvement is to speed the much needed remodel up to match the quality of food and staff currently present. Last time visiting was over a year ago and it was a literal disaster with empty booths and horrible service. This was the complete opposite. Will make the trip back soon. Just wish you would deliver to Columbia county lol.

Idk who was working tonight around 8 p.m. but they do not care at all about the product. My two orders of fries were put together in the wrong container and they were undercooked! Not fully cooked at all. Not even close to done. I always order the fries here because they are always crispy and delicious. These were disgusting. And I find it really odd that I went to leave a review on Facebook and I couldn't. No option to do that on the catskill pizza hut page. That's shady af and I just don't trust this place anymore. I spent $50 and I deserve a refund for the two orders of fries at least. The other food was very lack luster. Probably won't be back. The chick on tonight was terrible and not very friendly either. She definitely didn't care about serving us undercooked nasty fries.
