They wouldn't let us check our bags because while we were in line before the bag check cut off, their incompetence made it so that by the time it was our turn they "couldn't put them in the system". Yet we could do a gate check for all our gear except for 1 box causing 1 member of our group to have to miss the flight. Fire whoever is in charge and replace them with a labradoodle.

We have traveled the past couple of years through this airport and I’ve always dreaded going through the security with my infant. No other airport had ever given me such a hard time with formula/milk/etc that is necessary for flying with a child. HOWEVER, this last time with the new security machines this airport has acquired it was a BREEZE!🙌🏻 thank you so so much for making our trip a little easier starting off so early with a toddler! This mama is grateful!🙌🏻

they waited till we were all in the plane to call the company that defrosts the plane (something like that) .. we spent three hours sitting till they decided to show up. missed my connecting flight and spent 8 hours wandering around philly airport for my next flight. would’ve been avoided if i just went to syracuse

The experience at Watertown Airport was more than pleasant; it was convenient too! The personnel who assisted my daughter and family flying out, was extremely nice and understanding. Give it a try. Parking isn't the best, but free. Facilities aren't vast, but clean.
