I received a cold chicken sandwich, was told by the manager that I was going to get a new one but had to pay for it. When the swift manager came over and found out what happened, she gave me a replacement. We will not be going to store 7702 in Pulaski NY for a while. We were there just before lunch time. Was not busy.

Their food is okay but the service can be quite slow at times. And for all the fast food places that make gyros I definitely prefer Arby's Greek gyro the best. If that's all they need I would give it five stars.

Staging in the car drive thru and order my supplied before I get to this store while having a mask on. Or shop in the we hours of the morning less people. Wash hands face often constant and change my gloves and mask.
