Called in advance if part I needed was in stock and person on phone confirmed (only one left) and would hold it for me at the front desk under my name. Upon arriving, I was greeted by two people and was able to pay for my part (that was out of stock at Home Depot and Lowe's). Great customer service. Would return even though location not local to me because of good amount of inventory and quality customer service.

Cab Bay

Walked in store to grab something to buy ,I went to pay and the older bearded cashier asked me if I put the other items back, I think hinting that I'm a thief. Maybe I look like someone that he thinks is a thief. I don't know why he would think I stole something. I feel like they were profiling me because I don't look like them and misjudge and telling me I stole something as I was paying at the cash register. And I just read other bad recent reviews with similar experiences. Also a younger worker was hounding me twice asking me if I need help when I walked in and waiting to pay. I was in store 3-5mins as I didn't look around because I knew what to buy and where it was located.So they definitely decided to profile me a second I walked in store. And I come here maybe 1-2 times a year.

I love coming here. They have everything I need and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also love that the parking lot is nice and big.
