I wish I could leave no stars. I paid $8 for a bowl of chicken soup, which is generally pretty good. This time I got a container of broth with 3 noodles in it. Clearly your employees don’t care. Why would you serve that to a paying customer. Because rot was takeout and you were too lazy to make more. What’s your slogan-real food. Maybe not really food. Last time!

Good Panera, prices have gone up , the food is fresh and doesn't make you feel sick like most fast food . Clean surroundings. For a Panera you already know what you're going to get , this one there is nothing to complain about

I don't understand how corporate hasn't closed this place for employee re-training. I love Panera. I love their food. It's one of the few fast food options I can eat. But this Panera just can't figure out how to process orders. This isn't a one time thing. This has been years of consistently wrong orders nearly every single time I order. Panera used to give you a cookie for the inconvenience of having to drive back there every single time they get it wrong. I can understand why they stopped doing that; they'd have no cookies left to sell or give.

Gravitas

I was here yesterday at the Panera in Kingston, and I was expecting to get a nice fresh cup of coffee, but I was sorely dissatisfied as their coffee wasn’t fresh at all. It tasted as if it’s been sitting there for a while in the container. Either nobody changed it or they forgot. It’s ridiculous. They need to improve the quality of their hot beverages coz it ain’t cheap to begin with. One star.
