I love Red Wing boots the durability is reliable. This store on the other hand needs help. The brown haired gal in here is rude and condescending. You should treat your customers with respect. Especially if they are dishing out that kind of dough in one purchase. It took her less than 60 seconds to offend me to the point I left without trying 1 pair on. I felt like Julia Robert's in Pretty Women. Haha your loss I'll go somewhere else for all my boots. I'll be letting everyone I know how she treated me as well

Extremely helpful. I called several Redwing stores. This store went above and beyond. They answered my questions, helped me choose an alternate style and let me know which store had a pair, saving me so much time and made me a loyal customer. The person who was working today should be given kudos from Redwing.

Redwing is a fantastic brand, I swear by them for work boots as well as regular shoes. The quality and comfort is simply unbeatable. They have warranties on all of their products as well. My recent pair of boots had a laces malfunction, I brought them in and had them exchanged for a brand new pair. No questions asked, took 5 minutes and I was in and out. Highly recommend this brand, for the quality and customer service.

What a great experience. I want to give a special thank you to the man who is working today. He was very helpful and even help me put the boots on. he also measured my foot which hasn't been done since I don't know when. he made sure I was happy and comfortable with my new work boots. I'm going to be referring all of my friends to go to Red wing from now on. Another person even walked in while I was being held and he finished helping me before he even started helping the other costumer. 10/10 costumer service he made sure the other person was okay with waiting and quickly finished my transaction.
